Ephemeris*
[1] – Dane dotyczące zestawienia współrzędnych Słońca, planet, satelitów na poszczególne dni, godziny;
Zestawienie przebiegu przyszłego zjawiska astronomicznego, np. pozornego położenia Słońca, Księżyca i planet na niebie w określonym czasie i w określonym miejscu na Ziemi.
[2] – rośliny roczne (zwane terofitami), przeżywające niekorzystny dla życia okres w postaci nasion; występują na pustyniach, gdzie opady atmosferyczne są nieregularne i bardzo skąpe. W tej postaci mogą przeżyć nawet kilkuletnią suszę, by przy nadejściu deszczu wykiełkować.
Ten krótki cykl powstał pod wpływem spotkania kilku bliskich mi osób - każda z nich wydała mi się wtedy efemerydą toczącą się po własnej, ukonstytuowanej orbicie, a samo spotkanie - wydarzeniem astronomicznym.
Ephemeris*
[1] - Data concerning the compilation of the coordinates of the Sun, planets, satellites for particular days, hours;
A compilation of the course of a future astronomical phenomenon, e.g. the apparent position of the Sun, Moon and planets in the sky at a particular time and place on Earth;
[2] - Annual plants (called therophytes), surviving an unfavourable period for life in seed form; found in deserts where rainfall is irregular and very scarce. In this form they can survive even several years of drought, only to germinate when the rains come.
This short series was influenced by the meeting of several people close to me - each of them seemed to me at the time to be an ephemera rolling in its own constituted orbit, and the meeting itself to be an astronomical event.
